Before submitting your inquiry, please review the details below:

1. To receive promotional pricing, bookings must be secured by April 1st.

2. We service events within a 100-mile radius of ZIP code 55311.

3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event bookings.

4. Balloon and backdrop installations require a minimum of one hour for on-site setup.

5. Installation and delivery fees are calculated at 20% of the total order cost plus $0.50 per mile from ZIP code 55311.

6. Marquee letters and numbers are booked through our partner, Royal Rentals MN, and are subject to availability. A separate delivery fee from Royal Rentals will apply in addition to our installation and delivery fees.
