• Rush orders placed within 2 weeks of the event date are subject to a 20% rush fee
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• All bookings under $100 must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Balloon and backdrop installations require a minimum of one hour for on-site setup
