While garlands are priced based on footage of balloons used, it's important to note that the total footage is not simply linear. Some footage is allocated to create fullness.

Centerpieces are on a rental frame. Frames must be returned to Vibrant Visions LLC following your event or make arrangements with Vibrant Visions to return after your event to pop balloons and pick up frames.
